Correct fitting of sealed units?

its now an offence to fit new domestic windows without internal beading.some older windows have these but usually the glass is stuck to the frame with glazing tape making it difficult to extract without some internal force being applied to push glass outwards.

most externally beaded windows are fine.
to remove the beads on some, first the rubber gasket has to be removed from the inside then the beads can be removed.
on others a double sided glazing tape may be used and if so the beads can be removed but the tape needs to be cut from the inside in order for the glass to be removed.
however there are a small number which are not up to scratch.

They should be fitted on the inside,they found that problem many years ago you must have old windows.
