how can i fix my kia pride?

hi lee it is you idle control valve which is next to your throttle housing it will most probley be black or grey most are black you can try and clean it out with brake cleaner which you can bye from all car shops. if you take out the valve from the housing and give it a good spray and clean with a cloth or air gun if poss and also in the hosing which it bolts into and replace it back into the housing and try that. failing that you will have to replace it as it is to far gone to repair it.[the unit it self will 3-4 wires going to it]
