Mend Candy CPC240FFK Freezer Temperature Frost

candy cpc240ffk frost free fridge freezer?

fridge has a build up of ice at the back and freezing contents. have switch off and check the obvious causes. left off for half hr but still freezing. temperature set at 2.5. the drain hole at back is clear. anyone help pleeeeze
