Bosch Exxcell Washer Dryer?

My Bosch washer dryer is making a terrible grinding noise but only when i use the dryer, it sounds like something stuck like a piece of metal or something stuck somewhere, Ive checked the filter behind the bottom right lower panel, i think it makes this noise more from draining out water , any ideas?
