ARMXXD 129 has no prewash facilities ?

Got a brand new ARMXXD 129 washer dryer from HOTPOINT ARISTON; when starting the first program - white cotton, 1200 rpm, 90 oC, water is taking the powder detergent from both the 1 & 2 compartment shortly one after the other, the LCD displais WASHING, not PREWASH - and indeeed there is no prewash cicle running, but only washing.Everything else is OK.
Got anny idea?
PS-How can I download for free the original english user manual.
