ASEA 12000 Shock Absorbers?

We have a 1988 ASEA 1200 ( This number refers to the spin speed I think ) which has been a marvelous machine but has developed a violent rocking motion on start of spin ( on both 5 and 7 of the cycle ) between 7 and 8 it spins at the normal speed and accelorates to 1200 revs. for the final minute or so.
The violent rocking is as the spin starts, once rotating
it settles down and is fine. Particularly bad when washing heavy towels etc.
Can we obtain replacement shock absorbers.?
