Mend Creda T622CW Tumble Condenser Heating

Creda t622cw condenser dryer not getting hot?

I have taken the back off the dryer but have no idea which part is which. Which part is the thermostat? There are two small five pence piece size discs with various wires running into them, one has a green dot, what are these? Also, does anyone know what the four metal harmonica-like parts are, which are located below the two discs?
