Hotpoint CSX 22GR Frige Not Freezing or Cooling ?

Over the past couple of days I had noticed that the refridgerator was not as cool as normal. Then in the past day and a half the fridge is only a little cooler than room temp and my freezer started getting a small amount of ice buildup in the back wall but is barely working. All the while the motor has been running quietly.

I pulled it out from the wall and cleaned the coils and all around and under the fridge. When I pushed it back and pluged it, I haven't heard a sound from the motor. Plus, its not getting any cooler.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
