error code 4E Samsung washing machine?

1. Remove atmospheric pressure switch.
2. Install new machine around pressure switch, making sure the new machine is NOT a samsung.

I get the error 4e on my Samsung washing machine digital inverter top load.
Checked all problems as displayed. No water issue or pressure.
Starts as normal and after a while it just drains off the water and does not continue to wash.
Don't know what else to do.

Thanks All,

My Samsung WA95W9 also got error E4.
I opened behind 2 screw, straightly I saw small plastic pipe is open from clip ( Pneumatic Pipe for level sensor ).
I put it back and all are back to Normal Conditions.

found out water is not coming in,cold water valve is open.I usually keep my hot valve closed..seems like the temp.sensor sensing water below 59 deg..I open the hot water valve and everything run normally..we have freezing weather lately

yes i found the solution... please open the back cover. there a white tube inside. it may be broken or come out from the knob. please connect it properly . it will be ok....

In my case, I am getting error 4E Samsung WA90VPB Washing Machine.

Checked Inlet Pipe found - OK.
Inlet Water pressure - OK.
Water is flowing and entering in a wash tub.
But it is not accumulating there it is draining.

When I switch on the machine, it starts normally, but after couple of minutes it gives error 4E and stops working. (I think Water is not accumulating in a wash tub hence there is no pressure generating)

Please advice.

I fixed the 4e problem on my samsung washing machine by poking a hole threw the built in aluminiun barerer ln one of the lnlet pipes of the box where water is distibuted with a knitting needle and spinning it around to get the biggest hole.On my machine it was the right hand pipe.It looks like a built in defect that after time a little calk will cause the originally too small hole to close a little causing the fill up time to be to long causing a 4e error.

if your machine has been spinning violently then the pressure switch could have broken off this has just happened to me after my belt became loose the engineer has had to order a new one.

Do as above!! Easy repair, just remember to turn off the power and two pairs of hands are useful with the clamp....Machine fully working again!!

I had this today, and it was because there was a tear in the air hose leading to the pressure switch. It's a very easy fix that you can do yourself. Turn the power off at the mains (very important), open the machine up by taking off the lid (just unscrews at the back), and the pressure switch is a small circular white plastic object at the top, just behind the timer. The air hose comes in underneath on my model. It had a small tear in it so the air was leaking out. I trimmed the hose and reclamped it to the switch. The pressure switch is what the machine uses to tell how much water has come in, so if it doesn't work then it will throw an error. Took about half an hour all in.
