minee did that earlier so have to take it into shop best thing you can do tbh

you might need a new touch screen by the sounds of things take it to a repair center then they can tell you whats up.

hello my samsung tocco screen have compleatly frozen,ive tryed all ways like taking the battery out aswell loads of times also over night :( but no joy swiching it off and on the only thing i can get to work are the keys tho cant ring out ,id b gratefull if anyone can help me :) thxz

Try taking the battery out for 5 minutes or so.
I wouldn't recommend taking it apart to try to fix it.
