Confirmation to my previous 'Answer' and to say that 'Yes' Rolux UK have undertaken work previously carried out by Rollexa. Phoned 08004580481, call answered promptly without going through a series of pushing buttons and my issue handled with the utmost efficiency. This seems a very positive step forward and I will update you further when the work is completed as I also have Rollexa window shutters that require attention!

I have a similar problem but have at least been able to manually wind up the door. The Tel No. 0800 1697092 is no longer recognised. Feel I might have to invest in a replacement!

The motor on the mechanism should have a manual facility to open/close. My set-up comes with a winding handle that has a hexagonal end which slots into a corrsponding slot on the motor. Tedious but at least you can get into the garage this way.
