Bike has been standing for a few months the spark plugs are dry and black and some black some coming from exhaust it seems to be missing and will not idle.
like steo says we need to know the model of the bike but black smoke from the pipe and misfiring sounds like an engine that is running too rich and causint the plug insulator noses to be carboned up (causing a misfire)the problem is the carbs ill would say that the float/s are stuck down and they cannot govern the amount of fuel flowing into them/it.remove them and disassemble clen and reassemble making sure all setting are correct and them balance them with some vaccum guages also fit some new plugs while your in there.

No one on this forum can give you proper help unless hazarding a guess with such a vague question like that. Can you be a bit more specific, what make & size bike is it, 2 or 4 stroke, what year is it? you know, stuff like that which may give us a clue.
