How Can I fix my Canon Pixma MP 130?

After cleaning nozzle, cleaning, and deep cleaning my Canon Pixma MP 130 the first page prints out beautifully and usually the 2nd page, however after the 2nd page the print begins to streak and finally no visible letters other than here and there streaks. Is this my print head or something else. Also, it has from time to time said printhead jammed when trying to print but other times it is fine.
