Mend LG WM1832CW Started Cycle Checked

no spin ?

I started LGWM1832CW to wash[rinse cycle is okay] but it will not cycle at all to spin from beginning to end.I checked the stator assembly and minimum ohms are within specs.Codes UE and PF show up at the end of the final rinse.Is it possible the main PWB assembly is defective?
