This is simple as with any hydraulic brake system unless it has an 'anti-dive' system then it all gets pretty complecated. Locate the brake fluid resevoir then down on the caliper of the brake you need to locate the bleed nipple. What you need is a small plastic tube/hose and something to bleed the brake into, i.e. a jar. Once you have got this you'll need some brake fluid to top-up the resevoir when bleeding. Take a 10mm spanner and place on the bleed nipple also making sure you've connected the hose leading it into the jar. Now with the brake pedal sqeeze it down and holding it down untighten the bleed nipple then tighten it back up again and only release the brake pedal once you've done this, repeat the process whilst topping up the resevoir and soon enough you shoul notice air bubbles escaping from the system causing your brake to become harder rather than spongey. Hope this helps. Any probs jus let me know
