how do i bleed the clutch on a vectra c 2.0dti ?

i recently renewed the clutch,flywheel,slave cylinder,master cylinder and the line going from the master to the slave cylinder.the clutch is perfect in the mornings,after lying overnight but after about 40 minutes i have to pump the pedal to get to get any pressure.when i bleed it,fluid comes out but no air.i have to turn the bleed nipple about 5 turns before any fluid comes out.is this normal?help.
