It is a momo mixer tap with a swan neck and only has a couple of threads inside I cant get it to screw on. the packet had a c shaped white plastic washer in it but unsure if it is packageing or is to be used.I cant get the mixer to screw using the silver fitment which is used to screw down the mixer , there is only a couple of lines of threads inside this nut.
