Mend Fisher & Paykel GW709 Washing Machine Smart Drive

how can i fix myfisher&paykel gw709 smart drive excellence washer?

i pre washed some clothes and left them in the washer soaking for 2 hours turned on the power at the wall switch and nothing happened the display pannel did not light up retried the switch still nothing i took off thecontrol pannel and used my fluke volt alert and confirmed power was going to the display panel and the motor control module re pluged the power lead in still nothing need help

On this model the drain pump is part of the power supply circuit. Check that harness plug is firmly connected to the pump. If you have a multi meter chech drain pump resistance across the two terminals, should be approx. 33.5 ohms. A Fluke volt tester will not give you a true reading. There may be voltage going into the controller but one failed component inside on the board will make it not work. So you may have a dead control or display module.
