When I embroider on my Singer Futura SES1000 embroidering machine my bobbin case keeps jumping out. And then the upper thread does not pick up the bobbin thread. How can I fix this? Do I need a new bobbin case? How do I fix the timing?
just buy a new one, I tryed everything on the internet
I purchased a new one on ebay for about $25.00
I put it in my machine and it works great
save time and just buy a new one

that happened to me and Singer said I needed to take it in for repairs to replace the retaining wall and the bobbin case which if you are in warranty is no charge.

It may be the timing, I can attach timing instructions if you email me, you will get me address on any answer from page 25 down, this site no longer allows email addresses to be shown on answers and questions.
