washer reservoir bottle leak mondeo ghia 1994 ?

I have a leak from my washer reservoir .I took the torx bolts out of the guard and could see the bottom of the washer bottle and the grey piece where the L-shaped tubes come out. they seem to be ok, not all the water leaks out and so I filled up the bottle again and the water seems to be coming from where the grey piece attaches to the frosted plastic of the bottle or underneath the grey piece , what to do now ?
