Mend Ravenheat RSF84E Boiler Heating Fault

How can I fix a Ravenheat RSF84E?

My Ravenheat RSF84E is about 5 years old and has been great until now. When the heating is switched off both at the heating clock and the boiler is switched to Water only, the radiators still come on hot when a hot water tap is turned on. Any suggestions?

I am trying to locate a ch thermistor , dry pocket, to repair a rsf84et boiler and seem unable to get one from Ravenheat. The burner keeps cycling on and off when in hot water mode. A part number would be good?

its the diverter valve. parts for this boiler are quite expensive, make sure you GAS SAFE REGISTER engineer as of 1st April 2009 and not corgi

The heated water is directed to taps or rads by the Diverter Valve (divertor valve) - Yours may be stuck sending the water in both directions.

A qualified heating engineer will soon have it fixed - ulesss he's from British Gas in which case you will be lured into spending thousands.
