Mend Redring Plus Extra Electric Shower Hot Water Thermostat

redring plus extra shower too hot to stand under?

I have a REDRING PLUS EXTRA electric shower that has gradually got hotter despite adjusting the the controls, it is now on the coolest setting for warm water and is too hot to stand under. Could this be a thermostat problem are they available to purchase and can they be fitted easily.
