Mend Komatsu PC20 Help Machine Noticed

hello please help komatsu pc20 1995?

i have just brought this machine Komatsu pc20 1996 and have now noticed whilst the machine is tracking the one side goes before the other! i have lifted off the floor plate and noticed there are cables on the levers can these be adjusted? or is it the hydraulics i will be grateful for any help anyone can offer
