u need to charger the battery that powers the starter and if that dont work that means that the battery is burned out u can get a new one for about $40

duff/faulty battery, faulty relay, faulty starter switch faulty rectifier,will need to test power supply to the solenoid,and to the starter motor, the solenoid may be fried preventing the motor from spinning
