Mend Citroen C3 Faulty Engine Seconds

How do I rectify a 'anit pollution faulty' on a citroen C3?

Engine starts but only for around 10 seconds. A fault message then appears on the cars info screen which reads, 'anti pollution faulty' and then the engine cuts out.

How do I rectify this problem/
