can you help please, i have a n reg citreon ax the car works fine when it is dry weather but when it rains the electrics will cut out and 5 mins later engine stops when jump started its fine for awhile but a visiuos circle happens but when the dry weather is here never have a problem
Is the plastic tray under the engine in place? This stops the water from splashing up. If you hit a lot of water it can get sucked into the air intake and wreck the engine.
If you're not sure how it should look find another AX and have a look at it.
