not cleaning?

First some questions for you
Is your washing machine clean?
ie is your soap tray clogged with old soap powder and a nice black mould? Try removing tray and cleaning water filler behind it.
Try putting machine on with no washing in it (hot wash) to clean the innards.
Finally are you overfilling the washer with clothes (They need space to let the soapy water around them) and/or are you putting enough detergent/soap powder in.
Follow makers directions.
