Mend Samsung SR-2229C American Set

samsung american fridge/freezermodel-SR-2229C?

After reaching temps it willnot kick in again I have to switch off and then switch back on again ,the temps arethen way from the set temps but start to drop down to set temps , then I have to switch off the power again, I have changed the thermostat in the fridge , but it is no different
