MY THETFORD CASSETTE TOILET WILL NOT FLUSH?

the lock on the outside door where i put the toilet cassette has no key and there isno number on the lock.
can anyone give me advice on what to do?

Take out the pump one screw, in the end of the pump, you will see a blue propeller with a thin screwdriver turne the propeller a number of times it will begin to turn with no effort, that will fix the problem

First of all check that the fuse has not blown and there is power there off the battery. Do not connect it to mains power. Pull the toilet roll holder out and then pullout the housing for it, this will allow you to see the pump that is screwed in position. You can give the pump at knock and it usually will start if not take it out and twist the motor round withe a screwdriver or similar and try again. If this does not work buy a new one off ebay about £10-£20.

The toilet has a microswitch in the flush handle and to test it push the flush and the water tank pump should start.
If you are unsure turn on a tap on the sink very slightly but enough to turn on the water tank pump and then push the flush.
If it flushes normally then it is the micro switch which I got off ebay for about £4

Yes mine to, I am trying to sort out how to get the cable out of the c2 c3 toilet cassette . without driving my camper very close to the shop so that they can test the pump.ha any diagrams or idiot charts and info would be gratefully recieved.smudger
