How can I Fix Fax Machine - Phillips - Magic 5 Voice Dect?

Even thou there is no paper in the fax, it keeps on saying "Open Paper Cover" and then switching onto "Remove Paper". I would like it to go bak to normal.
Please help me!!!!!!
