Mend KitchenAid Superba Kitchenaid Ice Refrigerator

broken ice maker?

My kitchen aid superba side by side fridge ice maker suddenly started flashing a red light and stopped producing ice. Now the red light is off but still no ice. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Again. I just learned to NOT put single quotes in your post. :-) Im having the same problem. I followed the directions in the tech document. (A link is at the bottom.) Turned out that the black fill tube was clogged with ice. It should be pliable. If you cant easily squeeze it together, clean it out.
