Unlock tunining?

My audiosonic tv was repaired at a tv workshop.
But now that I've got it home I can't unlock the tuning.
I purchased a universal remote and tuned in the right code. But can't manualy or tune with the controls because it has a padlock indicated. What do I do?
Please help.
