Something is wrong with my cuckoo clock chime?

mine chmes at 6 and then chimes 6 again at 630

my cuckoo clock chimes the right no of chimes then springs back out and chimes an extra chime how do i fix this

easy one
the hr hand finger has slipped let the cuckoo clock strike count the number of cuckoos whatever it is just gently turn the hr finger to this new position
using your above posted numbers when the clock cuckoos 3 move the hr finger from the 9 gently round to the 3 position if finger comes off gently push back on in the correct position of course.
