how do I fix my caravan tap?

Most taps are fixed from top around the flang the tap sits on screws are usually capped and when released there should be enough play in pipes and microswitch wires to lift tap assembly up to release the micro switch wires and the water pipe jubilee clips.
Tip: tie string around both wires and the pipes so if they drop out of sight you have the string on to pull them back or tie off the string to the oven handle. Easier with four hands. One person holding it up the other removing the pipes and wires. Not an easy job it's a bugger to get those pipes off.
