triton aqua sensation 1000 water not stopping when turned off?

I have exactly the same issue for the Triton Biarritz, I would be very grateful for any tips or tricks.

Have the same problem, I dont think its the house valve you need to replace, its in the shower that needs to be replaced. Ive tried pressing the "stop" button time over, cranking the water temp up and down but to no avail - Im tempted to just get a new shower, but Id be be interested to what answers you get
