how do i change my page back to landscape?

i turned my laptop on this morning and screen has rotated sideways, i have tried FN key and up arrow key, also tried ctrl alt and up arrow key, plus f8 and f1 but nothing is chnaging it, can some one pls help as this is giving me neck ache tryign to it everything from a sideway view. my laptop is a DELL INSPIRON 6400
