Replacing upvc door gearing?

Hi my upvc door needs a new gearing mechanism. I have managed to remove the handles, barrel etc but i dont know how to remove the gearing mechanism because its got concealed shootbolts that are screwed into a hole on the top and bottom of the gearing mechanism.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to remove the mechanism with the shootbolts being screwed into the holes?
