Mend Servis Easy Logic Washing Machine Fault Repair

how can I fix my(servis easy logic)?

servis easy logic 6kg 1400 rpm machine starts filling up then stops,I switch off then on again,machine spines for a few times then trips the fuse box.(some times a flash from under the bottom has it trips the fuse)

There is a MAJOR Electrical problem with the motor or it is coming into contact with water from within via a small drip or leak. Whatever it is an engineer will need to diagnose.
DON'T USE THIS MACHINE........................
I don't need to tell you that - WATER AND ELECTRIC DON'T MIX....
