How can I fix my toilet, make Royal Doulton, model Vitreous china 150,?

I have a dark brown porcelain toilet cistern and bidet to match. On the inside of the cistern there is an inprint which reads Royal Doulton,Vitreous china 150, 20 May 1981.At the back of the toilet cistern there is a hair line crack about 21cm long running from the top of the cistern going down towards the bottom. On the outside of the cistern there is a slow leak. I have tried to look at replacing the cistern but because it goes back to the 1980's the colour and size is hard to find can any one help in any way.

I agree with Dave But have gone a step further! My RD Cistern is 150 1981 mustard Yellow how retro!
1 only crack going 70% down the back and around the side, Dismantled the inner workings of the Cistern replaced the stop valve rubber and cleaned it out Dried it off. Then using a Dremel I grooved the crack both inside and outside and I ground of a little of the glazing either side of the groove so the epoxy had some "tooth' to attach to! . Using an epoxy I did the outside first Let that harden 24hrs. Then did the inside again waiting 24 hrs To be doubly sure I then put a layer of Sikaflex -Pro sealant over the epoxy and the internal cistern wall going about 2cm either side of the epoxy to ensure no water seepage. About to reinstall Fingers crossed should be OK

20 years ago I had three cracks from top down the front all caused by someone accidentally falling over. I cleaned the water out and carefully cleaned the interior of the tank, using detergent. I then dried it out using a hair drier. I bought a fresh syringe of clear silastic and covered the cracks on the inside feathering the coating from a thickness of about 6mm over the crack to zero out 15mm either side. Two of the cracks were extending down most of the height of the tank, some 250mm underwater and leaking considerably leaking. We are still using the same tank and cistern. No leaks so far!

You will have to drain the cistern and dry it out, then make a "v" groove along the crack to widen it. Get some epoxy resin 2 part filler (Araldite Rapid), mix some up and press it firmly into the "v" groove leaving it a little proud and overlapping the surrounding area.
