Mend Water Up Through Washing Cycle

why is the water coming up through sink when washing cycle on?

when i am washing my clothes when the water is draining or rinsing some water comes up through the dishwasher and the main sink.How can i fix this please HELP!1

Sounds like you have a partial blockage in the "U" trap bend under your sink where the washing machine and dishwasher wastes are connected and the water doesn't drain away fast enough. Remove the trap and clean it out. Also make sure the dishwasher waste outlet pipe has a gentle bend in it higher than your sink outlet.
