Mend OKO 88840 Problem Machine Wet

How can I fix OKO Lavamat 88840 Update problem?

Machine stopped with wet washing inside, showing C9 in "wash time" display and Pre Wash and Rinse+ flash simultaneously on menu panel. I have drained the machine, opened the door manually and taken out the drain tray and removed debris but machine still shows C9 etc.
