Ive got a mountfield petrol mower which wont start?

Mountfield Mountfield 35 Classic Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers Mountfield Start Petrol

Depends on what happened BEFORE it wont start!
Is the Spark plug wet or dry? If its dry then theres no fuel getting through.Remove jets in carb (they're tiny!).Is the Primer working? If not,theres a small filter in the fuel tank.
If the Spark plug is wet,check the thin black wire to coil pack.
Thats all that go wrong with these mowers.
