My fiesta wont start anymore.
Had it running outside after a flat battery, when i went back out it had cut out and now wont re-start, if i put full in the cfi unit it will burn what fuel is there then cuts out again, its a 95 1.1 cfi hcs engine, im thinking immobiliser but really not sure any help much appreciated
im got a 2007 reg fiesta style, f/s history,18,000.. when idle revs drop down, on comes the engine manegement light but goes back off.... aa called no dct codes found 2 other garages no dct faults on during a diagnostic ....

my ford fiesta 2010 has somthing that sounds like a high pitch ringing, any idea what that can be?

car was running fine but all of a sudden cut out, glow plug light wont light it keeps blowing the fuse nothing shorting any ideas

hi could any 1 help .ive got a fiesta encore on r reg..with a efi engine,well the problem is when im driving sumtimes it will run ok reaching top end of the gears and then again slumps like it runnin on 3 valves..wot could it be plz help

I have a 52 plate ford fiesta, it wont start at all, doesnt even tick over, thinkin immobiliser....is there anyway of disabling this myself or do i have to take it to ford?

Check the Throttle Plate Control Motor on the body of the CFi unit. It also acts as an "anti-dieseling" device in that it cuts off fuel when the ignition is switched off. It can stick in this off position when you attempt to restart - either due to physical sticking or not having received the apprpriate electronic signal from the engine's computer (bad contact or confused inputs). Try flicking the control rod with the plate it pushes against.

Certainly would check the immobiliser first off. Then if you are sure thats not the problem... check that the fue pump is running.
