Mend Campbell Hausfeld PW1345 Unit Plugged Seconds

Campbell Hausfeld PW1345 won't run?

Have not used the unit for about 1 year. I hooked up the water, plugged it in, turned it on. Ran about 3 seconds & quit. Won't run at all now. Is there a reset button somewhere, a pressure switch, etc ???
