charger problem?

I had this LANDXCAPE hedge trimmers, the battery charger model: C1820A0023.. I've been using this trimmer for a few time (chargered it for a few times too) then the last time when i charge the battery, it started to smell burn and smoke start to come out from the charger. i like the trimmer, i'm not sure how or what to do. If i fix it, where can i buy spare part, i just needed the charger.
