stoves Newhome SI550DOm gas cooker?

The fan on my Stoves 900GDO gas oven has just stopped working, also.
I have removed and checked the fan. It spins freely and runs fine when connected to a mains supply.
However, it gets hot and turns at about 1 rev per 5minutes when connected as it should be through the control module.
I suspect that the control module is at fault.
I now need to source a replacement.
Any ideas anyone and do you agree with my verdict?

Meanwhile I have hardwired the fan ON and simply switch on the electricity supply when I want to use the oven, and switch off at least 10 mins after I have finished with it.
