Mend Amstrad A2S0609 Sky Box Service

How can I fix my Amstrad A2S0609 Sky + box?

The box now seems to have only one feed into it. It is not the LNB (Tested That) As a result I am paying for a service I cannot receive.

Spoken to Sky, system reset resolves problem for an hour or so.

My fear is that the box is knackered

Has anyone found a solution?
