Mend Cycle Stops Door

Dryer does not get upto full speed?

During the reverse cycle the machine stops normally but then does not get up to full speed in the reverse direction. The door has to opened and closed. The dryer then runs forward normally and will continue normally mfrom then on in the reverse cycle
