help...re cleo key fob?

i dropped my keys the other day and the key fob has stopped working..ive recently had new battaries in it.so i took it a part and inside was a thin loose bit of metal which i guess has popped out and the conection when pressed is no longer made.does any 1 know where this bit of metal has to sit???
