Bought a 2002 Grand Espace 2.2dci yesterday. Today the engine warning light kept illuminating, but it still drives ok and there are no awful noises or smells, it really drives great!! Oil levels are ok and all other fluid levels topped up. I've heard reports of dodgy electrics. Could this be the problem ?

The computer has seen a problem in the system ....now ifs a big problem or small you need to see what code it has set and go from there ...could be a lean mixture or a rich mixture ..
throttle position sensor ...o2 sensor ect ...could possable be a transmission code .........better to know whats happening with your car .........
